Return and refund policy

1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The return policy of the seller, whose products are marketed on our website (hereinafter, the "Seller"), lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since receipt of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has physically taken possession of the goods or of the last good, in the case of a contract for several goods which the consumer has ordered with a single order and which are delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to benefit from a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition as when you received it, neither worn nor used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of your receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a return request within the specified time will not be accepted.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform MYDISCOUNTSHOES of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) to the following address contact@mydiscountshoes.com. You can use the sample cancellation form, but this is not compulsory.

You will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

3. RETURN POLICY

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, all you need to do is send your communication concerning the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation deadline expires.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

You must check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item delivered is faulty, damaged or different from the one you ordered.

This will enable us to assess the problem and make our best efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

As an exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.

The following items may not be returned for a refund:
- perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants);
- personalized products (such as special orders or custom-made items);
personal care items (such as beauty products).
- hazardous materials and products, flammable liquids, gases or products.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Finally, sale items (where applicable) and gift vouchers are also not eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are offered as part of an exclusive 50% off campaign.

EXCHANGES

The Seller does not offer an exchange service for items ordered on our website.

Should you wish to purchase a different item from the one ordered, we advise you to place a new order and return the unsuitable item.

4. CANCELLATION FORM

If you wish to return an item and it meets the conditions, please contact our customer service department, request and download the returns form. MYDISCOUNTSHOESfill it in and send it to us by e-mail with proof that you have actually purchased the product from us. Once we have received your request, we will send you confirmation and acceptance of your right of withdrawal and give you the steps to return your products to our warehouse. The withdrawal form is not compulsory.

5. RETURNING PRODUCTS

To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by e-mail, you will receive a return address to which you can send your products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

6. REFUNDS

If you cancel this contract, we will pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional charges resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

Refunds (if any)
We undertake to inform you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether or not your refund as a result of the return has been approved by the Seller. In the event that the Seller approves your refund request, you will automatically be transferred the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account as your original payment method. Please note that the processing of refunds by banks and other payment organizations is subject to their own delays, which we are unable to control.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or refuse your request.

If your request is approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period of time.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method; in all cases, you will not incur any charges as a result of the refund. We may defer the refund until we have received the personalized goods or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the personalized goods, whichever comes first.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if any)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sold-out items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@mydiscountshoes.com

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you have returned the item.
